When you browse the website of L’hôtel L’Orangereaie – Entreprise Miléade (hereinafter “the Site”) or any other digital space made available by Miléade (“we”, “our”, “us”) such as a mobile application ( the ” Environments “), several types of tracers are used, in particular cookies placed or likely to be placed on the browsing terminal (computer, mobile, tablet or other, hereinafter the ” Terminal “) or technologies are used to read information from your Terminal. Tracers are files that can be written or read, for example when consulting a website, a mobile application, or installing or using software, but also technologies, such as fingerprinting, which allow information relating to the Terminal to be read (the ” Cookies ” ).
There are different types of Cookies:
- session Cookies, which disappear as soon as you leave the Environments;

Miléade attaches particular importance to respecting your rights and freedoms and therefore to respecting the regulations relating to Cookies, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of personal data, the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 in its updated version and the “cookies and other trackers” recommendation adopted by the CNIL by deliberation no. 2020-092 of 17 September 2020.
As such, the purpose of this policy (the ” Cookies Policy “) is to inform you of the essential elements relating to the way in which Miléade uses Cookies, the objectives pursued and to inform you of your rights in this area. The Cookies Policy is applicable solely by virtue of its publication on the Environments and may be modified at any time by Miléade. Tracers may collect and process Personal Data. Terms beginning with a capital letter, used in the plural or singular, have the definition given to them herein or in the Miléade Data Protection Policy .
The Cookies used on the Environments are deposited either by Miléade or by third parties, data controllers, that we have chosen strictly in order to achieve specific objectives and which may be involved in the configuration, reading or use of Personal Data obtained from the Cookies.
Only the issuer of the Cookie concerned is likely to read or modify the information contained therein.
- Purposes of Cookies used
3.1 Some Cookies, which do not require your consent, are those essential to the use of the Environments. These are the Cookies that we use to:
- make your navigation easier;
- offer personalized content: the Environments use Cookies to personalize editorial content based on the Visitor’s use;
- verify the proper functioning and audience of the Environments for our exclusive account (produce visit statistics; measure the performance of the Environments, incl. advertisements and content

3.1 Cookies used for essential purposes. Miléade does not ask for your consent to use these Cookies because they are strictly necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the Environments.
3.2 Cookies used for non-essential purposes: Miléade only registers or reads on your Terminals the Cookies that are not strictly necessary and only processes the associated Personal Data (or will authorize our third-party service providers and partners to do so) if you have given your consent. You can deactivate the cookies to which you have consented at any time, free of charge, using the deactivation options offered to you and recalled below.
- Performance cookies
Miléade uses several tools to measure the performance of the Environments, including Google Analytics
Google Analytics uses trackers to follow the Visitors’ path on the Environments, thus allowing Miléade to measure and improve their experience. Google Analytics associates the Visit Data that it collects with Google data from connected accounts that have consented to this association.
This Google data may include Visitors’ geolocation, search history, YouTube history and Data from Google’s partner sites depending on the settings selected by Visitors.
This Data is also used to provide aggregated and anonymous data on behavior between Terminals. Visitors can manage authorizations and associated data on Google My Activity. Regarding Social Network Cookies : On the Environments, certain sharing buttons are integrated via third-party applications allowing you to share content from our Environments with other people or to make your opinions known regarding content located on our Environments. These application buttons may allow the social network concerned to track your browsing on our Environments, simply because your account with the social network concerned is activated on your browser (open session) while you are browsing our Environments.

- Terms of providing your consent . During your first visit to the Environments, you are invited to consent, or not, to the deposit of non-essential Cookies.
You can i) accept them all by selecting “Accept all”, or ii) refuse them by selecting “Refuse all” or iii) consent specifically for each distinct purpose, via the “Customize my choices” option. When you accept or refuse the deposit of Cookies, a consent Cookie is installed on your terminal for a maximum period of 14 months so that we can record your choice.
If you delete this cookie, it will no longer be possible to identify you as having accepted or refused the use of Cookies. Consequently, the choice regarding Cookies will be offered to you again during your next visit to the Environments.
We specify that:
- Simply continuing to browse without clicking on one of the options offered by the Cookies banner is tantamount to refusing consent. In this case, no cookies will be placed and we will not process any of your associated personal data.
